Continuing Education
30 hours of continuing education has been requested for Dietitians and Dietetic Technicians. Continuing education has been requested from the Alabama Board of Nursing.
Fees:
The $300.00 registration fee for this course includes daily continental breakfast, refreshments breaks and all handout materials. Deadline for registration is February 2, 2009. Space is limited; participants will be taken on a first come basis. All registration fees, with the exception of a $10.00 administrative fee will be refunded if written cancellation is made by February 7, 2009. No refunds are available after this date.
Location/Lodging –
The conference will be held at the Wynfrey Hotel located at the Riverchase Galleria. A special conference rate has been secured at $135.00 single/double. This price includes a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport. Reservations are required for the airport shuttle.

To guarantee receiving the group rate, attendees must identify themselves as registrants for Pediatric Nutrition Course. The cut-off date for reservations at the special rate is January 31, 2009.
Other accommodations are available at Best Western Riverchase Inn, 1800 Riverchase Drive, Birmingham, AL 35244, located 4-5 blocks from the Galleria. Phone (205) 985-7500 or 1-800-239-2401. A special conference rate of $ TBA per single/double. Please reference Pediatric Nutrition Course when making reservations. Cut-off is February 6, 2009. NOTE: Best Western Riverchase does not provide airport transportation, but a shuttle is available to the Wynfrey from 7 am - 8pm.
